The Clewiston Bass Anglers Club

On the shores of beautiful Lake Okeechobee, in the City of Clewiston, resides a great bass club. Comprised of men and women of the surrounding area, the Clewiston Bass Anglers is a group of people interested in promoting the sport of bass fishing. Developing friendships, friendly competition, and above all having fun, are the goals of the club.

Clewiston Bass Anglers 2006 Banquet

On August 25th, 2007, the Clewiston Bass Anglers held their annual club awards banquet.

The club members enjoyed an excellent dinner, paid for by the club, at Sonny's Bar B Q in Clewiston, FL.

 After a great meal, there were drawings for many door prizes that were again bought by the club. Every member went home with a nice prize ranging from new rods to assorted lures and tools. View a Photo Gallery of the event here.

Club members who had earned plaques for the Top Three yearly standings and Big Bass of the year received them.

 Also the Annual Sportsmanship Award goes to the member voted by the club to have shown those attributes of being the best sport for the year. This years winner of the coveted award went to Mary Ann Reynolds who also served as Secretary of the Club this past year.

New officers will take assume their positions beginning with the September meeting.
