Col. John P. Ludwikoski (Ret.), 84, Kansas
City, MO, passed away Saturday, October 13, 2001, at home. 

Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a.m. Thursday, October 18, at Visitation Church, Kansas City, MO; interment at Ft. Leavenworth National Cemetery, Leavenworth, KS.

Friends may call 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at Muehlebach Funeral Home, where a
rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to
the Parkinson's Disease Foundation or Disabled American Veterans. Col.
Ludwikoski was born September 27, 1917, in Eau Claire, WI. 

He was a manufacturer's representative with Ludwikoski & Associates. He served in the
U.S. Army during WWII and the Korean War. He was a member of Visitation
Church. He was a fourth degree member of the Knights of Columbus and a
member of the 32nd Infantry Division Association. 

Survivors include his wife, Florence A., of the home; sons, John H. & wife Stephanie, Overland Park, KS, Mikel A. & wife Cathy, Leawood, KS, Gary P., Brookshire, TX, and Father (LtC) James E., USAF, Eglin AFB, FL; brother, Chuck Grimm,
Cincinnati, OH; and sister, Joan Cramer, Eau Claire, WI; nine grandchildren;
