This spring when bass are in the deeper waters, did you know you can double duty saltwater fly patterns?  Take those bluefish and stripper flies bass fishing!  Try the weighted big bait patterns like the Deep Deceiver or the Snaky Pete.  These flies are very durable and will land many bass.  As summer approaches and bass come into shallower water, to mimic frogs and other bait, try the more traditional patterns like Sam’s Popper or Sam’s Diver.  A real killer is Kimmy’s 50/50, it swims like a wounded minnow.  Mid summer, try a Mouse or Crawdad pattern - those bass will eat anything!
